Has anyone else ever had a dream about being pregnant

I had a dream that I was in the store with my boyfriend and we we're buying tv's we bought a huge one for the living room then the flat screen I was holding I was talking and then I seen a flash and I fainted but then got back up and my boyfriend said something and I was like no I'm ok and the lady was like oh better watch out she pregnant..... but how would she know that it was my first time in the store
