BBT timing question
How much does it impact your BBT if you take it 45 min after you typically do? I normally take mine at 5 am but forgot to set my alarm and didn't take it till 5:45 this morning. Does it make a significant impact?
It dropped a bit and I want it to stay high as I'm in my 2ww!
