Help reading Pregger blood lab please!!

I'll ask my Dr tomorrow, but I'm so confused. Why do the numbers in the left colum go up and down, rather than continually higher??? So my HCG levels are 179?? But it puts me in the 6 wk range on that chart, but that seems low for 6wks? 😖
