Found out k was pregnant a week today 🙈 I am now according to my app 4 weeks 6 days ... Yet to hear off the midwife for my first appointment Which is fine as she wouldn't see me anyway until I'll at least 8 weeks ... But I just wanted to know baby bean is still with me and yep my test this morning was very strong as you can see in the picture. Now does anyway have any tips on how I can stay extra healthy and what I can do to help me and baby in these early weeks ?? Thanks 😘
