Running Moms successful with low carb pregnancy diet?
Hey Ladies,
I'm wondering if there are any running Mammas who were able to continue running during pregnancy AFTER being put on a low carb diet. I'm 16 weeks and have gestational diabetes, so my doctor put me on an 1800 calorie 50 carb/day diet (I did Paleo before which is why the diet change had to be more Atkins-like). I haven't had the energy to run. Any suggestions? My doctor said I'd have to see how I feel.
