Yoga balls?

I think I need to invest in a yoga ball.. These office chairs are killing my muscles between my legs and my back. Do they actually work?

They are fantastic! Although, I would stay way from the "yoga ball chairs"... They have a ball and arm supports which take away from the core purpose. Just have someone help you get the correct size for your height. They are great to regain your core strength after baby too! They also minimize back pain in general. Good luck!

I say do it. I got one with my last pregnancy and bounced and sat on it a lot and I swear it helped my son to get into position for labor and delivery. As a bonus, bouncing on it with him was a no fail way to soothe him for months after her was born! I think the motion was familiar. I'm starting to use it now (almost 32 weeks) with this pregnancy.
