Reviews please!..Permanent birth control

I'm in between essure and tubal ligation, I'm not sure of which one is safer. I've been reading this horrible things online about both, I started my research because my main concern was weight gain but there's way more horrible things ppl mention 😕 now I'm more confused than ever. I have my baby in April so i still have a bit of time to ask around n read more reviews. Can someone share stories (good or bad) with me? I'm panicking about what I'm gonna permanently do to my body, but i sure don't want any more babies. HELP!! 😫
