Question

For the past week 1/2 I've been getting migraines with increased appetite & frequent urination. Am I just being over excited that I could have conceived? I'm not supposed to get AF until Sunday. Should I test tomorrow or just wait for AF? I've never got these symptoms before I start. Also, I have little cramps whenever I ovulate but this past week with the migraines & what not, I also had some cramps in my right side. It hurt during intercourse, before & afterwards. That's never happened either! Just curious as to what could be going on.
