Really Struggling

I just had a bad feeling. I had very light brown spotting, so I went and got my levels checked and a vaginal ultrasound. I was measuring a few days behind but they said it was normal and so was light spotting. They said they would check my HCG levels again in 48 hours but they weren't too worried. The whole time I just had a feeling that things weren't right. Sure enough I got a call this morning saying my levels only went from 4262 to 5050 in 48 hours and that I would start to miscarry soon. They want it to happen naturally since I was only 6 weeks. It was my second pregnancy and it was early but I was so excited. I don't know how to feel. I feel so overwhelmingly depressed.
