37 Weeks Today 👶🏽💙

So I'm 37 weeks today. Yesterday I did a lot of cleaning around my house until I started having contractions in my back that hurt all the way up my spine to the back of my head. I wanted to cry. My BH usually come if the front, feeling like cramps and not lasting long. But these were different. Is this something I should be worried about? Should I call/visit my doctor?
