milk supply help!!!
so it's day 6 for me and I feel like at times I have been able to pump out more milk than other times for instance in the morning I can get out more milk than I can in the afternoon or so is this normal? what can I do to increase milk supply? I'm afraid it's getting low :( any help is appreciated!
