Sometimes my SO will say things durning sex or if we're talking about sex like "you dont/won't have a choice" and other things like that but I don't know how to bring up the conversation of how I don't like that and it gives me anxiety especially since my rape

I have to tell SO's things like, "please don't say it like that," or "that reminds me of what happened," and they usually are respectful of that. There are some physical things that I warn them about like, please don't ____ because it just makes me uncomfortable. Communication really is key, like if they don't know what hurts, then they'll keep doing it
