I've been charting podantically... Same time each day, before I get out of bed... And this is what I get!! I'm so confused! Every other month when I winged it, I had a clearer responce! What does this mean? I'm so upset that my body's playing games... I got a pos OPK today... But no change in temps.. I usually o on cd17.. Hence the bding..

Can you go back thru your temps historically and take out any outliers. Anything really low.

Just temped this morning... No change at 34.41...  :-(

You ovulate after a positive opk, and the temp goes up the next day after O. So you'll probably still see the spike, it's just too early.
