Pregnant?

I'm having pregnancy symptoms but I had one day of medium spotting that was bright red and that was all. I usually have a very heavy cycle and I've had mirena for 7 months  . I had cramping but now not at all and usually when I'm gonna get my period my nipples burn now they don't at all. What are pregnancy symptoms on mirena ? Could I be pregnant ?
