So confused plz help

Ok so I had my period on the 9-14 then I had it again on the 24-1 an I am scheduled for my next in a few days I have had a lot of symptoms like naushua mood swings sore breasts cramps sensitive smell I am going to the bathroom almost every 30mins -1 hr and I am normally up all night but I have been going to bed at like 8:30 and I feel like I haven't gotten any sleep at all I took a test  early this morning and it came out negative I just need some advice someone plz help me understand what is going on
