BC removal / TTC

I was on the Nexaplanon/implanon birth control for almost two years . Back in July I had it removed and me and my Fiancé have been TTC since . My GYN told me it would take a while , but since I had it removed I've had pelvic irritation and pressure. It's worse when I first wake up and dies during the day . Also I've missed two periods and with my next one due in a few days I haven't even had symptoms of it coming .
