What's your five year plan?

My SO is coming up on his thirties and is worried his parents won't be around to see their grandchildren. So he wants to make a five year plan, that includes becoming financially stable and start TTC. 
I need some ideas, some help. Let me gather ideas and wisdom from you ladies out there with your 💩 straight! What's your five-ten year plan? Or what was it in your early twenties?

Hm I'm still working on mine (I'm 23) but i have a 2 year old and another on the way (due in April) and my plans are by the time I'm 30.
 
•Baby #2 (2016)
•College (will take me 4-5 years)
•Graduate and get a job in a hospital maybe (I'm going for my RN)
•SO will move up in career (2016or2017) 
•Pick out land and home 
•Buy land and home
•New (used) vehicles for the both of us
and hopefully by the time I'm 30-35 tops my SO won't have to work in the oil field anymore and can come home and get a day job and be home with us every night instead of being gone for months.

I'm 27, fiancé is 34.
2016: Plan wedding
2017: Get married and start TTC
2018: be pregnant/give birth
2019: be an awesome mom
2020: try for another baby!

I think we got things planned out alright 😂

My husband and I will both be 24 this year. Our five year plan 6 months ago included:

-move out of state
-save up a goal amount of money
-get married
-start ttc/have baby
-finish my degree (about 2 years left)
-return to work
-husband will hopefully be promoted once or twice

Unfortunately, we can't really put buying a house on the 5 year plan. My husband is new to the army and we are all over the place right now (we've lived in 3 states in a year), but we have successfully completed the first 3 bullet points and are waiting on a baby in august!

Save your money, if you haven't bought a house do that first, (do the first time homeowners) that's what my fiancé and I did, we talk about having babies all the time, I had an IUD and was going to take it out in early december, but we decided to get financially stable, then he tells me were never going to be ready, or stable, we should just dive on in (my friend is trying to concieve as well. Within the time of saying we're having kids, we got engaged on christmas. I took the IUD out 10 days ago. Now we're wedding planning and baby planning,.. it's over whelming, but I know we can do it,. I want kids too, but he's almost 30 and doesn't want to be an old fart of a dad, and I want 4 kids in a 16 year span,.. I guess what I'm saying is pick your priorities and go from there. Get want you need first (house car career) then the little things marriage babies,..

Me and my husband are both 25 and married in 2015.

We want to start trying for a baby in 2016. If all goes well then we would like to try for a second baby in 2018.

- I want to further develop my career

- my husband will finish his masters this year and get a better job

- own our own home by 2020

2016: baby #1 plus work promotions for both of us 
2017: start planning our new house + we have a business idea that we want to try 
2018: baby #2 + our family owned business + start working on new house 
2019: i may get an international degree like CMA or CPA or anything like that, he wants to be promoted again + i want to start writing a book 
2020: will be fully dedicated to the new house and maybe.... Maybe baby #3

Now i am 24, he's 25, so i guess we're still young and we may change some plans

You'll never be 100% ready if you're trying to follow a specific plan. Let life happen-- if you want a baby, have a baby.
