How soon can I try again?

Question

I was 9 weeks pregnant and miscarried my baby on Monday. It's heart stopped beating. It's Friday and the bleeding seems to be lightening up some. How soon can we try again? I'm devastated over the loss of this baby. We wanted it so bad. We still want a baby and we want to have one this year. When can we start having sex again? I've never had a misscriage before.

My doctor told me to wait 3-4 months before trying again. I'm ready to start trying next month, (a month after my mc) he said to wait until april. He didn't say why. I'm probably going to wait until after 1 cycle and then if it happens, it happens. The latest I'll wait to really try is March. I want a baby in 2016..

As long as your doctor didn't give you any specific directions, I think you can try again as soon as you feel ready. So sorry for your loss.

I had a missed miscarriage in October 2015 I choose to have a D&C. My DR said to wait 2 weeks before having sex. I also recommend making sure that your HCG level has gone down. It took me 4 weeks for it to drop down to 10. At that point my DR said we could ttc again.

Possible trigger
I got pregnant less than 6 weeks after my miscarriage without even having a cycle. I am currently 10 weeks pregnant.

Most doctors say 2-3 cycles after so ur body can get back on track and to make sure ur ovulating. But then again I've been se ladies try after just 1 month and bam pregnant.

I delivered my baby girl at 23 weeks this past Thursday💔 my husband and I are heartbroken, but we are not giving up hope.

We named her Nevaeh Hope because we know she is in heaven watching over us and we have hope that we will be blessed with a beautiful healthy baby someday.

The doctor said timing we up to what we felt was right. Whenever we are ready we can try again. We have gotten test done to see what the odds are of is having a healthy baby. I'm scared for those results and I'm scared of not being able to get pregnant again 💔

I had a d&c December 18th on my check up January 4th the dr said it was ok to resume normal activity including sex and that as soon as I get my first period which I'm anxiously waiting on, we can try again. As soon as the dr gave us the green light we started trying AND I've also been using home ovulation test strips. Talk to your Dr and see what they think is best for your bod hun.
