Road Trip Tips at 27 Wks

We are moving! Excited but I have to leave prior to hubby to get into a doctor and have care established down south. It's a 14-15 hour trip and will be just me and my 3 & 4 year old girls. I'll be 27 weeks when I leave and will be breaking the trip into two days more than likely. What snacks? Tips for comfort? I'm high risk with 2 beautiful little boys on the way. I've never driven that far alone so nervous but definitely looking forward to better doctors and hospitals where I'm headed.
