Helppp?!?!

I have dry and acne prone skin and I'm really looking for a good foundation that doesn't cross £30?? I don't mind drug store products but I just need something that will provide amazing coverage and not dry out my skin. Any recommendations

I have keratosis pilaris, so my face is bright red and extremely dry. The Maybelline Fit me anti shine stick foundation and the Revlon Nearly Naked liquid foundation both work amazing on me. Also, brushes give better coverage, so use a brush to apply and blend then use a sponge to go over and remove excess and make it look more airbrushed.
