5 weeks pregnant, no symptoms

I'm somewhere between 5 and 6 weeks pregnant, but have had absolutely no symptoms. It is making me really nervous that something is wrong. I've had a double mastectomy, so I can't feel breast tenderness, but I would expect some other sign of things happening.

Has anyone else experienced this?
