I don't know what to think!?

I miscarried two months ago...I had my last period on December 17th...I'm a little flustered because right before I found out I was pregnant the left side of my face along my jaw line broke out into like bumpy rough skin, as of today I am two days late and have that same bumpy skin on my face in the same spot. I took one of those cheap pt from Walmart that are .88 cents this morning and it was negative...does anyone have any thoughts or similar experiences? And since it should be my second period after my miscarriage should I expect it to not be regular?
