Need opinions 16 & married TTC

Okay so im 16 my husband is 19. Both high school graduates. Halfway through college. Own our own home. Both have a stable job. And we are trying to conceive. Is it too early to want a child ? We feel like something is missing and we believe a child is what it is. We've been trying since we got married. Which was July 16, 2015. Idk, call me crazy. Tell me your thoughts.. We dont like to party or go out we are more of a stay home and bond type of people.
