Anyone else continuing to workout...I was lifting quite heavy prior to pregnancy, I've scaled back to lower weights and higher reps. I do about 15-20 miles a week walking and some at home prenatal cardio videos. Anyone else wanna share their workouts. FTM 40 years old, late start I suppose.
