Upset stomach when husband cums in me

I have noticed when my husband and I have sex, a few hours to a day later my stomach hurts and I have diarrhea :( it's really annoying. Does anyone else experience this? I know it's not anxiety or stress because we are obviously married and wouldn't mind if I got pregnant from this. And I also like for him  to cum in me, so it's not like I'm worried he's going to do it.
