How can I get over someone that doesn't see me as a girlfriend like he plays with my head way too much. Is like  he says he wants me but his actions says something different. I'm so annoyed I really need advice how do I get over it, I'm not trying to get hurt again 🙄

Is this person better than you? No. You are better than them. Personally I feel like all females are better than men. This boy will not make you whole. You are ALREADY whole and killing it. This boy will only be an accessory to you because you are already the perfect package. 
Does this person deserve you worrying and bieng anxious about your feelings for them? No. It sounds like he hasn't done anything for you! REMEMEBER THIS boys who don't go out of their way for you or show effort in some way that expressed desire for you can be left behind. TRUST ME there are so many guys out there dying to use their money or time or effort or skills or talents to show how much they love a woman.
Boys and girls love when people give them attention and they are in a position where they feel like they have power because they don't like that person back. This boy might be doing that to you. There are so many boys today who just love playing games and bieng in positions where they feel like they can control the feelings of multiple woman. 
You are a great woman. You literally deserve the best. You deserve a guy who is dying to talk to you and see you and love you.
