TMI Creamy cm 9dpo cycle day 19 help

 So iv had sticky creamy cm since  4 dpo and eve lasted bbt and my nipples and breast are extermly sore i took a first response yesterday when i was 8 dpo too soon to test   I know but had to get rid of the urge iam on cycle day 19 my tempature has been between 99.4 and 100.3 since 4dpo slight cramping around the first of October which i believe was ovualtion due to a positive opk on the 30th of September slight cramping since.  Been extermly tired and nauasted. Coming and going  need some insight. On this cm
