Cold medicines I can take? Help

I just came down with the worst head cold ever. My throat hurts so bad, I'm all stuffed up, earache and a headache. Just my whole freaking head is congested. What the best medicine I can take I am 14 weeks today. Mainly just want something to soothe my throat I can deal with everything else lol

My doctor said stay away from any Nyquil and dont take anything with alcohol. But also if you dont start feeling well to go in cause there is strains of weird stuff going around.

Along with the robatussin listed above, my doctor had mucinex on the list. I didn't find either of these to help me when I was sick but definitely worth a try!
