What tea is safe to drink?

The nurse said that green, black, early gray and chamomile were safe to drink but rooibos was not.

I go to a medicinal tea shop. As in, you need a prescription to get tea there. The tea pharmacist said no green tea due to its natural ability to block the absorption of folic acid. She said all other teas were safe in moderation. Most cities will have a medicinal tea shop, try calling if you are concerned.

I've had roobios tea my whole pregnancy. It's fine. Do some research. There's some concern on herbal teas, but no real evidence to show they are dangerous. Careful of raspberry leaf and licorice root in your teas. And obviously, if you have concern, your caffeine intake.

My doctor told me I should be fine with anything. Even rosemary and I have read that you should drink during pregnancy.

Research, but most sites will say that non herbal teas are safe and that's it. Green and black teas are fine as long as you don't go overboard with caffeine.
