Help!! Clogged duct!!
Last night i noticed a lump in my breast and i thought maybe i waited to long to pump so i went ahead and pumped and nothing came down. Well i pumped again two hours later and nothing 4hrs later when i woke up i was huge and painful! I've been pumping and massaging and using a warm compress but its not going away and its painful and feels hot too. What can i do?
