Pressure type feeling

Hello ladies! I'm wondering if anyone else is feeing pressure in their pelvis? To me it feels like someone is taking their thumb and just pushing it hard right above my pelvic bone, like where my bladder is. It's not painful, it's just a strong pressure. Kind of worried because I started spotting bright red, but I had an early US before it started, and I'm on both aspirin and lovenox so I'm hoping it's just irritation of my cervix.
