12 weeks back pain! Help!!

Hey everyone! I went to the hospital today because I've had sharp back pain in my lower back for 2 weeks. They did a urine test in the hospital to check for a kidney infection but it came back negative. They said there's really nothing they can do and sent me home. At home I'm taking tylenol and using a heating pad but the pains are still sharp. Does anyone have any suggestions?
