Help!

So tonight I helped my husband get a couch into our apartment and up the stairs. It wasn't crazy heavy and I didn't feel pained lifting it but I did use arms and leg muscles. I didn't lift it for super far either. I'm 14 weeks and now I'm feeling paranoid that I hurt the baby or something...I didn't really strain my abdomen though...I'm just wondering if you guys think I'm okay? I lifted very heavy weights prior to getting pregnant so I'm fit as it is. I'm just super paranoid!
