Should I be worried??

I had to get 2 crowns, 1 last month at the start of my 2nd trimester and 1 today. I told the dental assistant and dentist last time that I'm pregnant and please use carbocaine. I ended up having an allergic reaction (sneezing, head cold symptoms) from that, which I brought up to the assistant today (a different one). She just said "huh" and didn't seem alarmed by it. Then I told her I was pregnant so please don't use epinephrine. She looked at my chart and said they used lidocaine with epinephrine last time!! I was so pissed. She made sure to tell the dentist to use carbocaine this time (it quickly wore off and I didn't have a reaction, so I know they did). From what I've read, it doesn't seem to be linked with any defects, just potential pregnancy complications. I've since seen my OB and my vitals/blood work were fine, so is there any other reason I should be concerned at this point? Can it cause problems later in pregnancy?
