Success with yams/sweet potatoes??

Question

Have you or do you know anyone that has tried consuming high amounts of sweet potato or yams to conceive twins? Even 1 baby? Do you know anything about it?

I'm considering adding these to my diet if there is little to any proof that it could work. I know this sounds silly, but I think I'm running on fumes about now 😕 I just had my second miscarriage (and second d+c following.) And I'm not sure how much more my heart can take. Any advice helps. Thanks loves 💕

Are you all for going naturally? I'd talk to your doctor about maybe putting you on clomid. It produces more eggs giving the sperm more to work with. Have you considered take a reproductive health vitamin? We tried for a year and a half after having a miscarriage. My doctor was going to put me on clomid, I went in and they tested me, sure enough I was pregnant. The only thing I changed was that several months prior I started taking the reproductive health vitamin. Now, I don't know if that's what sealed the deal but it doesn't hurt, right?
