Boob pain

I had a MC in November and one of my big hints to take a test was my boobs were hurting like crazy. My husband and I have decided that we were going to start trying this month and have been like rabbits. I am having some similar symptoms ( frequent urination, emotional) but no pains. I have also been very nauseous and some vomiting. I've had cravings as well which I did not have before. I miscarried early. Could it be possible that this just might be a sticky baby?
