So my fiancé and I went to the ER because I've had pretty intense cramps (no bleeding) and I don't want to eat because every time I do I get so sick to the point of where I don't even want to move! 
So we went, they got us in and did a transvaginal ultrasound and everything with our little peanut is perfectly okay!
