What so you think..?

AF is due today but from the 14-17th I had very light spotting like a brownish color and maybe twice out of the 4 days there was actual blood but there was no need for a tampon I took 3 test last week all negative but I've been having dull cramps and my boobs have been feeling some what heavier than normal and I've also had a headache for 2 days now?? Could the spotting have been IB or what???
