Tampons make me cramp?? HELP
Seriously. My periods have been hell the last few months, cramps like you wouldn't believe, and if I put a tampon or my cup in it intensifies them to be at least ten time worse and I can't keep it in. What can help cramps this bad?? I think I'm dying every month 😭
