How often do you use your Doppler?

Hi all my husband just purchased a fetal Doppler for me to use at home 😊... I was wondering how often I can use it safely at home?

As I was new to it I was trying to find babies heart beat for like 5 mins but found it am so in love 💕💕💕💕 x

Thanks for replying I am from the uk I bought it from a shop called Tesco online it says in the box they provide the nhs with the equipment ect that is our hospitals, I just got told by one of my friends yesterday that j shouldn't be using it as it is dangerous and it's worried me but I am like if it's dangerous surely the shops wouldn't be aloud to sell them x
