41 yr old boyfriend and I'm 24yr

Hi recently I've fell in love with the love of my life. Before I continue I must say I was married before and broke off in 2014 (7years relationship) ever since then I kept to myself. No one has caught my attention like the way this man has. It's the way he speaks to me and address me, how he treats me, his intelligence, wonderful personality. I'm crazy for him and he is also crazy for me. However my question is, am I over my head dating a 41 year old while I'm 24. A friend said to me lately, for god sake he can be your dad and I felt so bad.
