Working out while pregnant
So this is our first and I am not getting into a doctor until 2/8 when I'll be 8 weeks. We aren't telling anyone until that appointment so I just have you all to ask! I work out regularly- lift twice a week, cardio classes twice a week, and walks with the dog. Am I ok to keep lifting at all the weights I was at before finding out I was pregnant? And random- should I tell my chiropractor? Does it matter on that end?
