Sore breast !

November and December I had really sore breast and nipples . I didn't even want my boyfriend touching them . When I take off my bra that would be really sore smh . Now it's January and my AF is due next week on the 29th and my boobs are fine not sore . Can this mean anything ? I know it's to early cause I didn't miss my period yet but I normally get sore boobs before I expect my period . 😬
