Am I pregnant?

I was on cycle day 43 with no period (my longest cycle within the last 6 months was a 32 day cycle - so I was anywhere between 11-14 days late).  The next day I began what I thought was my period. I bled for two days with a medium to light flow. Today would have been the 4th day of my period but I haven't bled at all since last night. I have never been more that 4-5 days late in my whole period having career :) and i'm not on any birth control or medications of any kind.  The last time I ever had a 3 day period was when I was on nuvaring which I haven't used that for the last 3 years.  Usually my periods last about 5-6 days. Does anyone have any advice? Could this have been implantation bleeding? Should I bother taking a pregnancy test? Oh and by the way I had taken a pregnancy test when I was about 8 days late and that was negative. I'm pretty confused so any advice would help. Thank you!
