15 weeks severe pain..

Heather • Mother of 2 living children. And mommy of an angel to 2 also.. very nervous soon to be mommy.
Ladies please help! I'm 15 weeks and I keep feeling like I have the urge to poop and I get really intense pains in my stomach.. But when I try to poop nothing comes out..
