Help!

Has anyone done the blood test to check for Down syndrome that also tells the gender of the baby? If so did the results for gender match the ultrasounds? I don't know how accurate it is because this is the first time I've heard of this! I did the panorama & got my results today. Just wondering if what they say I'm having is really what I'm having! I was really feeling like it was a girl, but they say boy.
