Prenatal Vitamins?

So I've been taking the Vita-Fusion Gummy Prental Vitamins but I recently noticed that they don't have any iron in them so I'm going to switch. Any suggestions on what brand to switch to? I don't want to switch to One A Day, Nature Made or Rainbow Tablets. Also I prefer to have folate instead of folic acid! Thanks in advance!

My sister took the gummies during her pregnancy and found out in month 7 she was anemic. I would stay away from those, too! I take one a day prenatal and love them!!

I've been taking one a day and I seem to be experiencing diarrhea. I read they can upset your stomach but not too sure. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow so I plan on asking about what would be a good recommendation.

I take NatureMade prenatal and a DHA supplement but every few days when I just can't face having pills in my throat I eat a gummie figuring I can get by one day with less iron!

May I ask why you don't want to take one a day? That's what I take so I'm just curious why if theres something I should know about them :)

I take these and absolutely LOVE them. They are organic, with iron and folate (instead of folic acid). From my research they are one of the best. :) I also take a DHA supplement as well. Good luck!!

I'm not good at taking pills especially huge prenatals. My Dr said talking the chalky Flintstone vitamins with iron were a good replacement for prenatals. Because I was also using gummies and they didn't have iron and she said I didn't want to end up taking iron pills because they're nasty! Hopefully this helps!
