Should I worry?:/

Cycle usually lasts about 30 days. Finished period the 31st of December and had unprotected sex on the 3rd (8th cycle day not fertile window). I'm on cycle day 24 expecting period around the 26th of this month (in 7 days). Note: BC used was withdrawal method and he never finished. I haven't taken tests or plan B. I'm still concerned because one of my nipples has been feeling weird with a burning sensation... What could that be? Help :/
