For those enrolled in college courses...
If you do your school work at night, after working all day, how do you actually get yourself to fall asleep at a decent hour afterwards?! Lately, I find that after I watch my lectures and complete my reading assignments, that I'm completely wound up. I lay in bed, in the dark, with my husband snoring away... And I try to chill out, but I'm struggling. Anyone have any tips on how they get to sleep after finishing up their homework at night?
