Blood in uterus?

I'm 7weeks 6days . I had an ultrasound the other day and the doctor told me I have a small amount of blood in my uterus and that I'll either bleed it out or it'll go away and that she isn't concerned. 
Anyone else have it and Everything be fine? She says she's not concerned but I'm still worried.

I visited the doctor today thinking I was 7w1d going in for ultrasound. They saw the sac and a tiny fetal pull but no baby with beat! They also saw significant bleeding next to my sac. Truly devastating. My hcg levels went from 7-10000 in 2 weeks so the doctor was shocked this was going on. She retested me yesterday. Levels went from 10000-18000 in 6 days. So nervous about the blood. Sounds like it may be common?

I did. Bleed out for 2 weeks. I'm now 36 weeks.

I am currently 11 weeks prego. Around christmas, I had some blood clots come out with A Lot of bleeding. Having already gone through a miscarriage earlier last yr, I thought I miscarried again. I continued to bleed, very lightly, for 2 weeks. Because of the holidays being back to back, I couldn't get an appointment with my Dr until Jan 11. Then to my surprise, ultrasound showed that I was still pregnant. My Dr told me I could have an infection down there and my body was trying to get rid of it. She took swabs and is testing them. 
My coworker told me she bled throughout her second pregnancy and she has healthy 17 month old baby girl. 
I guess it depends on the pregnancy!!
